What are Kadampa Cards?
Kadampa Cards (TK) are designed for those who want to take a deeper dive into their meditation practice and self-knowledge. They are monthly contribution tokens that allow individuals to follow IKRC Menorca’s Fundamental Program or join our courses, classes and retreats at discounted rates.
With a Kadampa Card, you’ll have the opportunity to tap into your highest potential while contributing to the ongoing development and maintenance of IKRC Menroca.
TK 20
If you are new to meditation and Buddhism, this is the perfect place to start! TK 20 allows you to attend all the General Program meditation classes without limits of attendance. No ongoing commitment required.
Contribution: €20 per month
What’s included?
- All weekly meditation classes at the Sa Roca Temple, Maó & Ciutadella
- All classes and courses that are shown online (weekend retreats not included)
Minimum commitment: none
Form of contribution: direct debit
TK 40
Suitable for those who want to gain more knowledge and experience in meditation by attending in-depth courses and retreats.
Contribution: €35 per month
What’s included?
- All weekly meditation classes at the Sa Roca Temple, Maó & Ciutadella
- All courses and retreats from noon until the weekend
- For weekend courses & retreats, three months seniority is required
- All classes, courses and weekend retreats online
Does not include: accommodation and meals
Minimum commitment: six months
Form of contribution: direct debit
TK 60
Designed for those who wish to deepen their understanding and practical experience of meditation and Buddhism. If you’d like to attend the Fundamental Program, you’ll need this Kadampa Card or TK 80.
Contribution: €60 per month

- All weekly meditation classes at the Sa Roca Temple, Maó & Ciutadella
- Advanced Study Program: Fundamental Program
- All courses and retreats, except initiation
- For weekend courses & retreats or longer, three months seniority is required
Does not include: accommodation and meals
Minimum commitment: one year
Form of contribution: direct debit
TK 80
The Special Card
Are you passionate about meditation and the development of the mind? The Special Card is an opportunity to enjoy all that the International Retreat Center has to offer, from classes to month-long retreats, while helping others around the world access the Dharma.
Contribution: €80 per month
What’s included?
- All weekly meditation classes at the Sa Roca Temple, Maó & Ciutadella
- Advanced Study Program: Fundamental Program
- All courses & retreats from half-day to a month in length
Not included: accommodation and meals
Minimum commitment: three months
Form of contribution: direct debit
