- 10.00-10.45h: Presentation of the international project of temples for peace in the world and the elements of a Buddhist shrine – with Kelsang Pende
- 11.00-12.30h: Walk and meditate (walk to the ‘Flat Stones’ and meditation in the open air)
- 13.00-14.00h: Prayers for peace in the world with guided meditation by guen Rabjor, resident teacher at IKRC Menorca
- Lunch
- 16.00-17.00h: Introduction to the retreat center and farewell meditation with Kuis Llorens

We are very happy to announce that this Wednesday, November 1st, the International Kadampa Retreat Center, IKRC Menorca, dedicated to world peace, will offer a day of special free activities to allow you to get to know the center and what you can find here, and meditation and how it can improve your life.

THE PLACE
The Menorca International Retreat Center has been visited numerous times by our Spiritual Guide, the Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, so it is a place with very good energy, very blessed.
