About the classes & courses

Regular classes offer effective meditation-based solutions to everyday problems based on Buddhist meditation techniques. These methods can be easily practised by anyone, whether Buddhist or not. Everyone is welcome, at what ever level you are at. Suitable for beginners and experienced meditators. Classes consist of a short talk, guided meditation and refreshments. There is also an opportunity to ask questions.
