Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche, the Founder of NKT-IKBU, as well as KMC London and the STTP, is a contemporary Buddhist meditation Master who has dedicated his entire life to world peace by spreading the compassion and wisdom of Buddha throughout the world.

The General Spiritual Director of NKT-IKBU is Gen-la Kelsang Dekyong.
Gen-la Kelsang Dekyong is the General Spiritual Director of NKT-IKBU and the Resident Teacher at Manjushri KMC, the mother centre of the NKT.
She has been a student of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche for over thirty years, sincerely training under his guidance in all aspects of Kadam Dharma. She is recognised as a fully qualified Dharma Teacher of both Sutra and Tantra.
Gen-la teaches at major Kadampa events around the world, and over the years has touched the hearts of thousands of people, inspiring them to take Buddha’s teachings into their modern daily lives.
For Kadampa practitioners, her good heart, powerful teachings and sincere anecdotes are unparalleled.
National Spiritual Director Gen Kelsang Chokga
Guen Chokga is the Resident Teacher of Vajrayana KMC, and also the National Spiritual Director of the NKT in Spain.
In Madrid, she teaches study programs, courses, retreats and tantric empowerments, in both the main venue in Mahadahonda and in the surrounding boroughs and towns. In Spain she teaches in the Dharma Celebration that is held each year as well as different courses and retreats in the other centres in Spain. She visits Menorca each year to lead a retreat.

The New Kadampa Tradition – International Kadampa Buddhist Union is an international association of Mahayana Buddhist study and Meditation Centres that follow the Kadampa Buddhist Tradition founded by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.
