A very practical program in which you will not only be able to understand what mindfulness means but you can apply it immediately and discover the benefits that it brings you, not only in your meditation practice but also in your daily life. One hour classes that include practical instructions and a guided meditation. Indispensible for a happy and peaceful life 🙂
The term mindfulness is an English translation of the Tibetan word ‘drenpa’ པ པ which means to remember or to retain. Therefore, the practice of mindfulness is not just living in the moment or observing our mind but improving the quality of our thoughts, keeping us focused on positive objects.
“If we wish to elevate our mind, we must merge it with the practice of virtue in our daily life by applying the power of mental retentive with perseverance.”       This is the essence of meditation. Geshe Kelsang Gyatso

How to get here

We are easy to find by car – Directions of how to get to the temple 

Follow the road to Es Mercadal >

From Es Mercadal follow ME-15 ( signs to Fornells ) >

Turn right at the roundabout with the big dancing iron ladies on to the ME 7 (signed Mao and Son Parc) >

Take the first road on your right signed posted urb. Sa Roca (if you see a road signed posted Son Parc on your left you have gone to far) >

You will follow a long winding road to the top of the hill. As the road levels you will see some houses and a restaurant / hotel on your left (called Puig de Sa Roca). The Temple is next door.  Please park on the road opposite the entrance to the Temple.
